OK, so you want to build muscle and get a great body? But are you bodybuilding
and getting the results you want?

When I started working out, I was working out hard, 6 or even 7 times a week.
I wanted to build muscle. So I worked out hard, followed the advice of friends,
and even followed the advice of the gym instructor.
But you know what the problem was? After 10 months of training at the gym,
I couldn't put on muscle in a noticable way no matter how hard I worked. Annoying
or what!
That's when I started looking for answers.
So what are the keys to building muscle then?
Well, I've been using a muscle

And they're simple! Not rocket science. But you need to know what to do.
In 2 weeks I noticed results, and in 3 months, my muscle have gained in leaps
and bounds.
Let's talk about 2 important principles here:
1. Working out in a way that maximally stimulates your muscles in a 30 minute
workout.
No it not about lifting weights that are too heavy for you. It's about using
supersets in a particular way that prefatigues the stronger muscle groups, and
then the next set stimulating them all.
2. Changing the reps and sets in such a way that causes your muscles to not
get used to the exercise stimulus, to force them to grow much faster.
I was amazed that this worked.
The other bonus is that you'll never get bored by the routine.
So, I believe that anyone can get great results and build muscle fast, as long
as they follow a workout plan and diet plan that works.
If you don't then you're pretty much hit and miss. I certainly was for many
months.
And it's great now to be able to see the results of working out at the gym
to gain muscle.
